    A strategy employing short-duration, high-yield municipal bonds historically has performed well during periods of rising U.S. Treasury yields.

    The U.S. Federal Reserve (Fed) raised its key interest rate by 25 basis points (bps) on December 14, sending a signal to investors that policymakers have confidence in the state of the U.S. economy.
